At Dr. Ortho, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
